Kat Graham arrived at the Vogue Italia relaunch event wearing a custom Luisa Via Roma piece and Gucci fanny pack. She, along with Andrea Panconesi, celebrated editor and chief Emanuel Farneti, and creative director Ricardo Tisci and the new launch of the iconic magazine.
